ElevateAI Send is your universal solution to send recorded interactions and metadata directly to ElevateAI. The application is designed to be used as a scheduled task to send calls and metadata from the previous day(s) to ElevateAI for processing.

All media will be processed with ElevateAI and loaded into ElevateAI Explore for analytics and reporting.

For security and compliance, no recordings are downloaded to the local computer unless requested. See documentation for details.

This Windows utility provides a simple way to send a Quality/Coaching email to an agent, based on a specific interaction. With the Agent Emailer Utility, you can automatically generate an email to an agent that includes the following:

From this utility, you can also launch the playback URL to listen to the call.

The ElevateAI_Zendesk_Export Utility is designed to export volumes of calls from Zendesk for loading into ELevateAI. It requires no integration or development for use.

The utility exports the calls and associated metadata to a local folder on your computer. This export can then be immediately loaded into ElevateAI with the ElevateAI_Loader utility.

The calls which are exported are those which are created with the Zendesk Talk™ module and associated with Zendesk Support™ tickets via comments.

One or more days’ worth of calls can be exported in a single run of the program.
