It requires no integration or development for use. The utility exports the calls and associated metadata to a local folder on your computer. This export can then be immediately loaded into ElevateAI with the **ElevateAI\_Loader** utility. The calls which are exported are those which are created with the Zendesk Talk™ module and associated with Zendesk Support™ tickets via comments.
